If you are only using the scale to track your progress, you are missing out! To really calculate your progress, it’s more important to track your body measurements. Taking your body measurements will let you know if you are building muscle and losing fat.
To succeed with your goals, you need to make them specific, measurable, and completed with a deadline. To stick with your goals, you need to ensure you have short and long term goals. With the worksheet provided, you will be able to lay it all out from start to finish.
