There may be limited spots available or you may not be able to afford in person training. Don’t worry, I have you covered. Through my online training, I solve these challenges for you. You will get the same results but without the commute at a fraction of the cost.

If you are only using the scale to track your progress, you are missing out! To really calculate your progress, it’s more important to track your body measurements. Taking your body measurements will let you know if you are building muscle and losing fat.

To succeed with your goals, you need to make them specific, measurable, and completed with a deadline. To stick with your goals, you need to ensure you have short and long term goals. With the worksheet provided, you will be able to lay it all out from start to finish.

This is a mutual agreement between you and I, (which is confidential of course) that you understand that in order to enhance our coaching relationship, we agree to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

Do you need the motivation of seeing me in person a few days a week or perhaps in a group with friends? In studio training or home training is the way to go.
